Former Volunteers

Your time as a Peace Corps Volunteer doesn't end when your two years of service are over. The time you spent in the Peace Corps will continue to enrich your life, both personally and professionally, for many years. And, in keeping with the Peace Corps' third goal, you'll have new opportunities every day to share what you've learned in the Peace Corps with fellow Americans.

Participate in Peace Corps Week. Speak at a recruiting event. Get together with fellow Peace Corps alumni in your area. Refer a friend to the Peace Corps. Continue to volunteer overseas through a position with Peace Corps Response. These are just a few of the ways that returned Peace Corps Volunteers can build upon their Peace Corps experience.

The tangible benefits continue, too. From tuition assistance at participating graduate schools to health insurance to help getting the job you want—you'll find information here about the many ways the Peace Corps is dedicated to helping you make a smooth transition back to life in the States.
