Executive Summary

Between January 1, 2004, and June 30, 2006, Fresenius Medical Care-Artificial Kidney Center of Suffolk (Suffolk) did not meet Medicare payment requirements for some dates of service for 15 of the 100 claims reviewed and received an overpayment of $756. Also, Suffolk policies and procedures were not always followed.
