OCC Deputy Comptroller Testifies on Credit Availability
BOSTON — Deputy Comptroller for the Northeastern District Toney M. Bland testified today about the availability of credit for small and midsize businesses in Massachusetts before the House Committee on Financial Services.
The Office of the Comptroller of
the Currency was created by Congress to charter national banks, to oversee a
nationwide system of banking institutions, and to assure that national banks
