Welcome to the Special Topics Discussion List.
The Special Topics discussion list, unlike other discussion lists, is open for posting messages during a hosted discussion. Between these special topic discussions, messages will generally not be posted unless they are announcements from the National Institute for Literacy or announcements about upcoming discussions on other discussion lists. There will be periods of great activity followed by periods in which you will receive few or no messages.
