Published by the Partnership for Prevention, this lists cost-effective clinical preventive services recommended by the USPSTF and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. The recommendations include primary and secondary preventive services offered by healthcare providers in clinical settings, including immunizations, screening tests, counseling and preventive medications. Hospital Quality Measures
Initiated by the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, the goal is to "empower consumers with quality of care information to make more informed decisions about their health care" and "encourage providers and clinicians to improve the quality of health care."
AHRQ's Quality Measures Inventory
A number of the measures in the documents selected by OMH are also included in an inventory of evidence-based health care quality measures recently compiled by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The measures in this inventory are those currently being used by the Divisions in HHS for quality measurement, improvement, and reporting purposes. These measures can be searched by HHS Division, topic or condition, domain, or care setting.State Scorecards on Health System Performance
