Located within the School of Public Affairs at American University, the Women & Politics Institute is dedicated to training the next generation of women leaders and to highlighting the importance of women's leadership and student leadership at American University. The Women & Politics Institute strives to enhance women's leadership by providing leadership training workshops, fostering the interaction of students with young women leaders and awarding students recognition for leadership achievements.
