Vital Voices Global Partnership is the preeminent non-governmental organization in identifying, nurturing, and empowering emerging women leaders around the world. In just a decade, our experienced staff and team of 3,000 pro bono expert advisors, including former senior government officials and executives of major corporations and NGOs, have trained and mentored more than 4,000 women from 120 countries in Asia, Africa, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Vital Voices trains these emerging women leaders in areas such as leadership development, communications, strategic planning, business development, management, and advocacy – empowering them to create, operate, and expand their businesses and NGOs or to run for political office. We enable them to unlock their leadership potential and become advocates for change, social innovators, supporters of democracy and the rule of law, and future leaders of their governments. We help them build their capabilities, connections, and credibility. Vital Voices is at the forefront of international coalitions that combat human trafficking, the HIV/AIDS pandemic, and all forms of violence against women and girls.
