We have an array of existing contract vehicles which can be tailored to meet your needs.  We have teams of highly experienced Contracting Officers and Contracting Specialists ready to award and administer acquisitions in accordance with Federal and HHS regulation policies. 

PSC utilizes the HHS Consolidated Acquisition Solution to turn your commitments into obligations. Whether its Recovery Act work or regular mission contracts we are here to help.

Financial Services

Grants

We track each contracted Grant in the Payment Management System, which allows us to provide weekly tracking reports on ARRA funds being utilized through the grant process.  We established Budget Activity Codes and Treasury Symbols that are specific to ARRA funds.  We can load, track and report on specific ARRA funds for informational and budgetary purposes.

Cost Allocation

Our service works to assist our customers, (States, Agencies, Universities, Nonprofits, and Hospitals), to manage administrative and facility costs relating to ARRA funds.  The goal is to minimize the time our customers spend focusing on indirect costs and increase the time they spend working on the Recovery Act.
