Director
Program Support Center

Welcome to the Program Support Center!

The Program Support Center (PSC) was created in 1995 to provide a wide range of administrative support within the Department of Health and Human Services, allowing the Department Operating Divisions to concentrate on their core functional and operational objectives. Much has changed in the years since the PSC was established. In particular, over the past three years, the PSC has undergone an intensive period of workplace modernization resulting in a more efficient organization. Today, the PSC offers more than sixty products and services to government entities across the nation.

Thank you for taking the time to review our web site. We are all very proud of the wide variety of high quality services and products we provide to the Department of Health and Human Services and other Federal agencies as well. There is a great deal of material on this site and our hope is that you will find it user-friendly and easy to navigate as we showcase our many products and services.

You'll also find links to our strategic and business plans that will provide you with an understanding of who we are and our vision for the future. Please take a few minutes to review these documents because I believe they will give you a good sense of our commitment to you our customer.

Our PSC team is committed to providing only the best customer service as an active participant of our One Department theme in "creating a better America on behalf of all Americans." In that regard, I ask that you help us in strengthening our customer-focus by telling us what you think. Were you able to find the information you were searching for? Are there things that you particular like about this site? What do you think we need to do better, expand on, add or clarify?

Please email your ideas, comments and suggestions to solutions@psc.gov.

Once again, welcome to the Program Support Center! We look forward to serving you.

Sincerely,

Paul S. Bartley
