3. Download or request application

Download or request applications and read through the
application guidelines carefully to get all the information
you need on the grant program. Paper
copies can be requested by e-mailing imlsinfo@imls.gov.
4. Compose your application
Use the Applicant Tools & Materials links on the right
to help you compose a stronger, more competitive application.
5. Contact a program officer
We welcome calls from applicants and are happy to answer
any questions about the grant application and review process.
