WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation's Subcommittee on Surface Transportation and Merchant Marine today announced a hearing on Protecting Consumers from Fraudulent Practices in the Moving Industry scheduled for Thursday, May 4, 2006, at 10 a.m. in room 562 of the Dirksen Building. Senator Trent Lott (R-Miss.) will preside.
