Payment

When a price is indicated, payment should accompany the order.

Phone, fax, and online orders can be paid only by credit card. (VISA or MasterCard). Mail orders can be paid by credit card or by check. Payment made by check or money order should be payable to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in a form collectible at par in U.S. currency. Payment from foreign residents should be drawn on a U.S. bank.

Shipping

The Federal Reserve Board ships most orders via UPS. Most customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their order three to six days after shipment (depending upon delivery address).
