ENVSTD and LTGSTD

Compliance calculations to help the user assess whether a particular building design meets the envelope and lighting system performance requirements of DOE's Interim Energy Conservation Performance Standards for New Commercial and Multifamily High-Rise Residential Buildings (10 CFR 435 Subpart A). Federal agencies are required to design all future Federal commercial and multifamily high-rise residential buildings in accordance with the interim standards, or demonstrate that their current standards satisfy the energy efficiency requirements of the interim standards. ENVSTD duplicates most of the envelope requirements and compliance calculations contained in Sections 5.3.9 and 5.5 of the standards. LTGSTD duplicates most of the lighting requirements and compliance calculations detailed in Sections 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5 of the standards.
