Frank Kratovil visited Courtesy Chevrolet in Salisbury, MD this afternoon to congratulate the owner and employees on the decision by General Motors to reinstate the dealership's franchise agreement, which will allow Courtesy to stay in businesses. The dealership's owner and employees thanked Kratovil for his leadership in this effort as a lead sponsor of a bill to restore dealer's rights under state franchise laws.
