Business/Economic Development Recognition/Awards
It is an honor to represent the people of Idaho. It is my goal to do so in a manner that reflects the values and traditions of Idahoans. During the course of my public service, I have been fortunate to be recognized by many tremendous organizations. Many of these awards are based on my voting record, and my efforts to serve the people of Idaho.
My philosophy on business and economic matters is firmly rooted in the free and open market. We must find the economic paths that work best for our communities; that includes favorable tax rates, international trade policies and federal budget goals. To learn more about my position on the various issues facing our country regarding business and economic development, please visit the Economy & Business, Global Competitiveness, Taxes, Telecommunications & Technology and Transportation sections of this website.
