DWR Announces Lake Oroville Youth Event
The Department of Water Resources (DWR), in partnership with the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), the Department of Boating and Waterways (DBW), the Department of Fish and Game (DFG), CAL FIRE and the C.A.S.T. for Kids Foundation will sponsor a “Catch a Special Thrill” event on Saturday, September 12th, at Lake Oroville. The event will run from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. beginning with a pancake breakfast for 40 young people provided by the Oroville Kiwanis Organization. (08/31/2009)

Public Review Draft, CA Water Plan Update 2009 Highlights The Public Review Draft of California's Water Plan Update 2009 is now available online for review and comment. Workshops will be held in Spring. Comments are due by June 5, 2009.
