Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to state that although the appendix requirements for Small Research Grants (R03s) have not changed, the Appendix Materials information in Section IV.6 of four Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) noted below were published without the following information:

No publications or other printed material, with the exception of pre-printed questionnaires or surveys, may be included in the Appendix.

PAR-09-073            Imaging - Science Track Award for Research Transition (I/START) [R03]
PA-09-163               NIH Small Research Grant Program (Parent R03)
PA-09-168               Developmental Projects in Complementary Approaches to Cancer Care and Treatment (R03)
PAR-09-171            Rapid Assessment Post-Impact of Disaster (R03)

All other aspects of these FOAs remain the same.
