This Notice is to inform applicants that the National Institute on Aging (NIA), (http://www.nia.nh.gov), has joined the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), (http://www.nichd.nih.gov), to participate in funding opportunity announcement RFA-HD-09-028, entitled “Factors Affecting Cognitive Function in Adults with Down Syndrome (R01)”. Meritorious grant applications that are relevant to the mission and goals of the NIA will be considered individually and will compete for NIA funding from a total NIA set-aside commitment of up to $150,000 for this FOA. All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
