Path to Mission Success

The OSEO has six overarching goals that comprise its Path to Mission Success:

1. Provide excellent customer service and management controls compliant with legal and policy requirements.
2. Assess and implement OSEO initiatives that support our core functions of:
   • Providing administrative services,
   • Performing budget and financial management services,
   • Promoting Equal Employment Opportunity,
   • Facilitating/consulting services,
   • Supporting the Integrated Time and Attendance System (ITAS),
   • Establishing internal controls,
   • Managing micro-purchases, and
   • Supporting the Performance Management Appraisal Program (PMAP).
3. Adequately resource our teams, that include:
   • Budget and Financial Management,
   • Customer Account Executive,
   • Equal Employment Opportunity,
   • Internal Controls,
   • Program Advisory Services,
   • Program Business Services, and
   • Strategic Management Services.
4. Build a healthier workforce by promoting and supporting awareness and participation.
5. Use office automation tools to implement new and improved automated processes to execute our mission.
6. Evaluate and enhance mission performance through key performance indicators.
