Before you connect to EstuaryLive, make sure that you have Windows Media Player on your computer, use Internet Explorer (preferably), and that your firewall, in your school, will not block EstuaryLive (a live streaming video program).

The links below will open up to the appropriate connections you need. And, don't forget, when watching in full screen, we recommend using two computers - one for viewing the live program and the other for submitting questions.

For Users Who Need the Captions

    Technical Requirements to View the EstuaryLive Broadcast:

    • EstuaryLive is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024.
    • We recommend Internet Explorer (IE browser) to view the EstuaryLive Webcast, especially if you are a Mac user.
    • To view the Webcast Windows Media Player must be installed on your computer.
    • Make sure that your speakers are working.
    • EstuaryLive will open your player to the live feed. You will also see the question form located on the bottom half of the page.
    • Sit back and enjoy the show! Be sure to submit questions via the question form throughout the program.

    Troubleshooting: If you get disconnected or have other problems, shut down your player and go back to the “View EstuaryLive” button. Sometimes it also helps to shut your web browser and restart it.
