INTERN PROGRAM

The Intern Program is designed to challenge and reward a select number of students from across the country. The goal of the program is to provide an outstanding educational experience within the offices of DISA. The program is intended to provide knowledge, skills, and experiences that an intern can readily apply to future challenges and professional pursuits. Learn more

STUDENT TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM (STEP)

The STEP provides maximum flexibility for students. Job opportunities under this program offer students temporary employment. Employment can range from summer jobs to positions that can last for as long as you are a student. These employment opportunities need not necessarily be related to your academic field of study. STUDENT CAREER EXPERIENCE PROGRAM (SCEP)

The SCEP provides work experience which is directly related to the student's academic program and career goals. Students in the SCEP may be noncompetitively converted to term, career or career-conditional appointments following completion of their academic and work experience requirements. Students in the SCEP gain exposure to public service while enhancing their educational goals and shaping their career choices. Learn more

OTHER RECRUITING PROGRAMS

These programs provide summer federal internships for college students with disabilities, increase the number of qualified personnel entering the information assurance (IA) and information technology (IT) fields within DoD, as well as veteran employment through various types of job appointments.
