HQ ACPERS Data Element Dictionary and Lookup Codes Dictionary
The HQ ACPERS Data Element Dictionary and Lookup Codes Dictionary are available at a CAC-enabled AKO Knowledge Center. The available files are updated weekly when updates are available.
To obtain access, follow these directions:
- Log in to AKO (Army Knowledge Online) You MUST login using your CAC
- Once you are logged on AKO; click this link: https://www.us.army.mil/suite/grouppage/109885
- The first time into the HQACPERS-CISD Knowledge Center you will need to register for access to the folder.
HQ ACPERS Reports
HQACPERS Reports require pre-approved access to view. If you require access to this information, please complete a System Access and Authorization Request (SANAR) Form. The form may be found on the CHRA home page http://www.chra.army.mil/ under HR Systems, click HR Account Requests.
