USADF offers volunteer internships for students
USADF is currently seeking interns.
Internship Application Pre-requisites
USADF offers unpaid internships to people who are interested in learning about areas of focus including Africa, international development, and the United States Government. Internships are available to persons currently enrolled in undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.

To apply, please send the following materials to jdesimone@usadf.gov
1. Current resume with contact information;
2. Cover Letter;
3. Two (2) references with contact information;
4. Period of Availability; and
5. Short statement (less than 250 words) on area on concentration/interest, such as Africa, international development, political science, law, etc.
All applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Presidential Management Fellows in the Federal government are required to serve a rotation outside of their organization during their fellowship. On occasion, USADF will have opportunities for nonreimbursable details that meet this requirement. Current Fellows with an interest in a USADF rotation (or their agency representative) should contact USADF's Director of Human Resources by calling 202.673.3916.
