State Filing Waivers

Presidential, U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives candidates, Party Committees and PACs no longer have to file duplicate copies of their FEC campaign finance disclosure reports with the following 52 state and territory offices.*

Note:  Regarding the disclosure of state and local campaign finance activity, contact the appropriate state office for information on applicable state reporting requirements.
