Washington, Jan 5, 2007 - CONGRESSMAN LAMBORN ANNOUNCES DISTRICT STAFF HIRES

Colorado Springs, CO – Congressman Doug Lamborn (R-Colorado Springs) today announced the leadership of his Colorado Springs-based District Office.

John Vander Meulen will assume the duties of District Director and Liaison with the Non-Profit Community. Vander Meulen formerly served as Telecommunications Manager with Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs. Holly Williams, Former Public Trustee for El Paso County, assumed the role of Office Manager, Scheduler and Liaison to the Business Community.  Former Colorado State Representative Mark Cloer has assumed the role of Caseworker and Liaison with Elected Officials and Government.  Former County Commissioner Joe Rall has accepted the position of Caseworker to Teller, Chaffee, Park, Lake and Fremont Counties. Michael Holmquist, assumed the role of Staff Assistant He previously served on the Lamborn for Congress Campaign and as a Congressional Aide to Congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave.
