Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award Ceremony
FAASTeam Program Manager Receives Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award
|
At a special luncheon held last month at the Los Angeles FSDO, (LAX-WP-23), FAA Operations Supervisor Evan Wood, assisted by Inspector Robert Stunkard, presented the Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award to Inspector Norm Cook and FAASTeam Program Manager (Long Beach FSDO)
Richard Engle.
The Wright Brothers certificate is awarded for 50 years of “creditable” flying service which has been conducted accident/violation free.
Inspector Wood noted that, “Among these four pilots, there was well over 200 years of collective accident-free aviation service in the room and that is quite an accomplishment anywhere.”
