IWRAPS

Helps users assess historical and future water requirements at fixed military installations. Installation Water Resource Analysis and Planning System (IWRAPS) is able to produce seasonally based, sectorally disaggregated water requirements forecasts and has the capability to address mobilization and conservation scenarios. IWRAPS offers utility planners and managers at military installations a dynamic water demand management tool which can assess the impact of mission changes as well as conservation/drought situations on future water demand. Additionally, IWRAPS may be used to estimate past water use at an installation in support of water rights negotiations. Branch-specific versions have been developed for the Army, Air Force, and Navy and Marine Corps.
