This figure presents the estimated numbers of AIDS cases in children <13 years, by year of diagnosis, 1992–2007 for the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The estimated number of AIDS cases diagnosed among children <13 years has declined each year since 1992.

Note. These numbers do not represent reported case counts. Rather, these numbers are point estimates, which result from adjustments of reported case counts. The reported case counts have been adjusted for reporting delays, but not for incomplete reporting.
