Waldorf, MD 20601
The new Waldorf Satellite Center, an extension of the Charles County Treasurer’s Office, building permits division, and water/sewer utilities division, is open for business.
The Waldorf Center, which offers residents a convenient place to handle payments and fee collections that were serviced previously only at the Charles County Government Building in La Plata.
The following are accepted at the Waldorf office:
• Water and sewer bill payments
• Red light citation fees
• Property tax bill payments
• Dog tag fees
• Parking ticket fines
Permits can also be picked up and dropped off at the Waldorf office. The La Plata office still offers all of these services, in addition to handling water or tax bill disputes, adjustments to bills, and property redemption issues.
The Center is open 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. A drop box is available for after-hours payments.
