Help With a Federal Agency

If you are experiencing a problem with a federal agency, my office is here to help you. As a Member of Congress, I serve as a liaison between my constituents and federal government agencies, and my staff can help resolve many of the issues that can arise.

For example, my staff and I can help with: passports, immigration and visa inquiries, Medicare/Medicaid and Social Security disputes, housing issues, and obtaining veterans’ benefits or military medals.

Additionally, I have a detailed knowledge of local and state government from having served in the New York State Assembly, and my office may be able to help resolve difficulties with local and state agencies.

I have three district offices throughout Queens and the Bronx that are here to assist you. You are welcome to call or visit one of these offices to discuss your situation.

Please note, however, that my staff and I cannot help resolve court cases or legal disputes. Also, you will need to complete a Privacy Act Release before we inquire about claims or issues we pursue on your behalf.
