Flag Requests
Whether given as a gift to a friend or kept as a reminder of a trip to Washington D.C, a United States flag that has flown over the Capitol is a tangible symbol of the freedoms and liberties embodied in our Constitution.
My staff is happy to assist Missouri constituents with the procurement of a Capitol flag. Please download the Flag Request form and mail it to my Washington office-my staff will do the rest! If you would like to commemorate a birthday, holiday or other day of personal significance, my office can arrange to have a flag flown on a day of your choosing. I do ask that we receive your request 10 days before you would like it flown. Remember, due to security concerns mail can take up to two weeks to reach U.S. Senate offices. Flags must be purchased from the United States Senate. Checks should be made out to KEEPER OF THE STATIONARY. Please do not send cash or make out checks to my office. Delivery of a flag normally takes 4-6 weeks from the date a flag is flown. If you have any questions please feel free to contact my staff and they will be happy to help you! |
