The Department of the Navy Information Technology (DON IT) Umbrella Program, on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) and General Services Administration (GSA) SmartBUY, has established a co-branded ESI/SmartBUY Enterprise Agreement with Planet Associates, Inc. This agreement provides Planet Infrastructure Relationship Management (Planet
IRM) software products including licenses, maintenance, and training. It is the responsibility of the Ordering Officer to ensure compliance with all fiscal laws prior to issuing an order under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and to ensure that the vendor selected represents the best value for the requirement being ordered (see FAR 8.404). |

The DON IT Umbrella Program, on behalf of the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI), has established Enterprise Agreements with SHI, Softchoice Government Services, Inc. and Softmart Government Services, Inc. for iGrafx Business Process Analysis Tools products. These agreements are open for ordering by all DoD Components and authorized contractors. This agreement is managed under the ESI. More information on iGrafx Business Process Analysis Tools products may be obtained by contacting the Software Product Manager
