Each spring the United States House of Representatives sponsors an art competition for high school students.  The winning entry from New York’s 19th Congressional District will be displayed in the United States Capitol alongside artwork from every congressional district across the country.

 

Congressman John Hall will host an Awards Ceremony and Reception at The Lodge (Building 8) at Tilly Foster Farm (100 Route 312, Brewster, New York) on Monday, May 11, 2009 to honor all participants.  All high school students who reside in or attend school in the 19th Congressional District are encouraged to participate.
