The Vendor Tools contain:
Electronic Filing Specifications Requirements — Format layouts and technical specifications for all reports and schedules required to be filed with the Commission.
Validation software — A program designed to check files ensuring compliance with the FEC format requirements. Also included are sample files that comply with the validation specifications.
Executable and related .DLL — Files necessary to upload validated reports to the FEC web site via TCP/IP and SSL.
