APPROPRIATIONS
CIVILIAN: (FY10 Deadline - Febraury 27, 2009)
Civilian appropriations apply to items such as: buses, roads, bridges, agricultural research, health centers, school projects, stormwater/ wastewater expansion, beach renourishment, land acquisition, river or port dredging, university research projects, etc.

DEFENSE:
DEADLINE for submission of the form is April 10, 2009.
(Unfortunately, the aspiration for a May deadline changed because the defense committees have set an earlier deadline than anticipated.)
Defense authorizations and appropriations requests apply to items such as procurement of services, supplies, or equipment for the Department of Defense and its related agencies and organizations. This also includes defense-related basic or applied science and technology or acquisition research and development projects within each of the armed services and their organizations.
