Update Account Information
Has your information changed since you created your account with Export.gov? If so, please update your account information so that we can better serve you.
You may change your password at any time. We recommend that this is done after receiving a temporary password or at anytime you believe your password has been compromised. You will need to know your username and your current password to change your password.
If you have forgotten your password, Export.gov has the ability to e-mail you a new, temporary password. We recommend that you change your password after logging in with the new one. You will need to know your username to obtain a new password.
If you do not know your username, please contact our web manager with some information about yourself, such as your e-mail address and we will attempt to locate your username for you.
Are you attempting to login to Safe Harbor? Safe Harbor uses a different username and password than the Export.gov website. If you do not already have a Safe Harbor login, you can register for Safe Harbor online.
When will I use my Export.gov Account?
Export.gov will prompt you for your login information when you view Trade Leads and Market Research. An export.gov login grants U.S. Companies the ability to view Trade Leads and Market Research. It grants student and researchers the ability to see Market Research. All users can view Trade Events.
