Leahy Announces Witnesses For Holder Confirmation Hearing

Former Senator John Warner, Congresswoman Holmes Norton To Introduce Holder

WASHINGTON (Friday, Jan. 9, 2009) – Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) Friday announced witnesses who will testify at the confirmation hearing on the designation of Eric H. Holder Jr., to be Attorney General of the United States.

The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. in the historic Senate Caucus Room, room 325 of the Russell Senate Office Building.
