• Welcome to the Records Management for Everyone course: a high-level overview of the world of Federal records.

    Yes, you do deal with Federal records. You can hardly help it. Meeting minutes, e-mails, reports, etc., are a fact of life and we're going to show you how to make handling them a whole lot easier.

    The course is divided into three modules. By the time you get through them, you will be able to:

    • Identify why you should care about good recordkeeping
    • Define Federal records and explain how they should be managed
    • Locate help when you need it
  • This introductory module will introduce you to the purpose, key terms and personnel that can use green contracting to conserve energy and other resources, create markets, and save the government money.
