This page describes the general process to bring up live AES filing for a client that is using the your AESDirect certified software.

The client should fill out the AESDirect registration form, indicating you as the software vendor that they wish to use for EDI.

The client will be issued a username and password, and must complete the tutorial and pass the Quiz. At this point the client will be able to file through the AESDirect website, but will not yet be able to file through EDI upload.

When the client is ready to transmit to AESDirect - you have checked their software and installed any necessary upgrades - contact us at 1-877-715-4433. We will update your client's AESDirect account to allow then to use EDI upload.
