The PAN measurements are made using a two-channel GC/ECD system. 

Measured are PAN, PPN, and MPAN.

The values are three second averages and the times given in the data file are the start times of these intervals.

All mixing ratios are in units of pptv.

A prototype of the current PANs instrument was used during SOS and the limits of detection vary from flight to flight but are generally around 15-25 pptv for all compounds.

There is no data on the first flight, 06/26/1999.
