Milk Matters Home

Tweens* and Teens need calcium now more than ever!
All they need is 3 cups of low-fat or fat-free milk every day, plus other calcium-rich foods.
What's the Problem?
Ages 11-15 are a time when
fast-growing bones need calcium. Unfortunately, most boys and girls are not getting the calcium they need.

What Can I do?
The good news is you can help young people get enough calcium, and the benefits will last a lifetime.
