INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROVIDING
WRITTEN PUBLIC TESTIMONY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010

Testimony must be received by May 1, 2009

As in past years, interested parties may submit written testimony to be included in the official record.

All written testimony must comply with the following requirements:

•   Do not exceed five pages.
•   Type on standard 8.5 by 11 inch letter size paper.
•   Single-space type in 12 point font with one inch margins.
•   Clearly indicate your name, title, and institutional affiliation (if any) at the top of the first page.
•   Clearly state in the first paragraph the agency, program, and amount of money involved in the request.
•   Although maps, pictures, graphs, letters, petitions and the like may be submitted for the information of the Subcommittee, it is not feasible to include them in the printed hearing record.

•   Attach testimony to an e-mail with the following subject line: Public Witness Testimony for the Record, testimony submitted without this identifying subject line may not be included in the official record, and send to:  AG.Approp@mail.house.gov

Or if unable to send electronically (preferred method) please send three copies to:
