Welcome
"The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act presents an extraordinary opportunity to strengthen Colorado's economy and create new jobs all across the state. With this opportunity also comes a need for additional oversight to ensure these funds are invested effectively, efficiently and wisely, and with an unprecedented level of transparency and accountability. We have a responsibility to the taxpayers and the public that this will be an open process, and the people of Colorado have a right to know where their money is going and how it is being spent."
