Safety in Schools Brochure & Poster (350kb
PDF file) - The National Weather Service and local officials
collaborated to bring comprehensive information to local
schools on how to prepare for a tornado and what to do
when a warning is issued.
- "Significant Event" Posters -
We have created posters for several significant weather events
that have affected the Tennessee Valley, from the 1989 Huntsville
tornado to the 1993 "Storm of the Century". You

Awareness Day on October 17, 2007 to highlight the dangers
of the secondary fall severe weather season.
