We recently opened four new Neighborhood Network (NN) Centers, including Columbia House, a 152-unit elderly and disabled property in Vancouver, WA. Top – Misty Schafte, HUD Project Manager, presents the NN Plaque to Alice Doyle, Director of Housing Administration for the Vancouver Housing Authority.
