The official version of the International Energy Outlook is written in English. A Chinese translation of the report appears here, courtesy of Professor Li Zheng, Tsinghua University (Beijing, China). In the event there is a difference in interpretation among the two versions, the English version should be deemed as accurately representing EIA views.
