A lot of people have sent great e-mails about resources that they're using.  I've created a special folder to hold these e-mails, and I'll go back and read the e-mails more closely when this discussion slows down.

That's one strategy.  I'm sure there are more.

  Thought:  When only 2-3 messages are posted at any given time I tend to read them.  When a whole bunch are I tend either to delete them lor am very selective in the one or two that I actually do read.
