The 15 Penn State credits may be applied to either undergraduate or graduate degree programs. Separate courses may also be taken if one is not interested in the entire certificate. For example, the Adult Literacy course may of interest to those who want the nitty-gritty in teaching literacy skills to adults. We are talking to one state about a cohort approach (possibly at a reduced price) for professional development. We would like to explore this possibility with others.
