New NCSALL Occasional Paper:
Expanding Access to Adult Literacy with Online Distance Education. This monograph, funded by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Vocational and Adult Education, examines the potential of online
learning to meet the educational needs of adult learners. It identifies

adult education.
