An interesting site is the REFORMA at http://www.reforma.org/. This
national association promotes library and information services to
latinos and the Spanish speaking. in order to bring attention to family
literacy and focuses on children.

El dia de los niños focuses on strengthening the practice of making
books and reading an integral part of children's lives.
